Mathematics

The School of Mathematics holds a large and wide ranging collection of twentieth-century calculators. The majority of these were used for demonstration purposes in the teaching of undergraduate students.

In addition, our History of Education collection contains examples of counting apparatus used in circa 19th century school classrooms.
