Education

The Museum actively seeks to encourage students from the University and local schools to engage and learn with objects.

There are a growing number of modules in the Centre of History and Philosophy of Science which are focused around the museum collections as well as those which use the objects as teaching resources.

The Museum aims to spread awareness of the history of science and the history of Leeds to the surrounding area. We offer workshops which are suitable from KS2 upwards and can be adapted to suit the requirements of the class or a module.
